Somatic Experiencing® (SE)
A gentle, body-based approach that supports the nervous system’s natural capacity for healing. Rather than focusing only on the story of what happened, SE helps us explore present-moment sensations, responses, and patterns with curiosity, compassion, and care.
Many people have learned to survive by staying highly activated, disconnected, or constantly adapting to their environment. Somatic Experiencing offers a way to reconnect with the body, build capacity for difficult experiences, and access more choice and flexibility in how you respond to life's challenges.
Individual Somatic Experiencing® Sessions
Personalized support
Individual SE sessions offer a focused space to explore your body's responses to stress, trauma, and life experiences. We move slowly and collaboratively, paying attention to what feels manageable while supporting your nervous system's capacity for greater regulation, connection, and choice.
SE sessions may be integrated with psychotherapy or offered as a standalone experiential service depending on your needs and goal.
Somatic Experiencing® Group Offerings
Learn nervous system skills in community
Group SE offerings provide an opportunity to learn about the nervous system, practice grounding and regulation skills, and develop greater awareness of your own patterns in a supportive environment.
Upcoming groups will be announced as they become available. Join the Interest List
